Transparent Fees Tailored to Your Case
We match each matter with the right level of experience so you only pay for the expertise you need. Explore our hourly rates and fixed-fee guides across immigration, commercial property, and welfare matters.
Fair, transparent pricing that scales with your matter
We scope every instruction collaboratively so you understand who will work on your matter, the anticipated effort involved, and how disbursements are handled before we begin.
We are very transparent about our fees. Straightforward matters can often be handled on a fixed-fee basis, but we generally calculate our work using hourly rates that reflect each fee earner's knowledge and expertise.
Most immigration applications typically require between three and six hours of work. Your final costs depend on the complexity of your case and the level of service you prefer, and we will always provide tailored estimates before we begin.
Tailored scoping
We take time to understand the nuances of your matter before confirming the right level of fee earner and effort involved.
Experienced oversight
Every instruction is supervised by senior solicitors to ensure our guidance matches the complexity of your case.
Collaborative approach
We keep you informed at each stage so that timelines, cost expectations, and next steps remain clear.
What to expect
- All quoted figures exclude VAT unless stated. We will confirm in advance if VAT applies to your matter.
- Our fees cover preparing and submitting your application to the Home Office. In-person attendance, advocacy, or additional work can be arranged for an agreed supplemental fee.
- Disbursements—such as Home Office or Court fees, counsel's fees, and travel costs—are charged separately and discussed with you before they are incurred.
- Some Home Office applications require VAT even though we are not VAT registered; we will notify you if this affects your case.
